Sonia was such an encouraging trainer in the month she worked out with me, and helped me start towards my weight loss goals. Not only did she push me to do better, but she also taught me different exercises to do on my own and explained to me what each benefitted. I have been overweight my entire life, and it came to a point where at 30 years old I was told I was pre-diabetic. I knew I had to make a change, so when I reached out to Sonia she didn't just focus on working out, she addressed my eating habits as well. To have someone sit down so compassionately with me and go over a workable plan was exactly what I needed, and I couldn't be more grateful. Her positive, energetic persona really impacted my mood as well while we worked out. There were days when I didn't think I could do a certain exercise or do one more increase in cardio intervals, but she encouraged me to do it.
